THE WAR SEPARATED THEM FOR A WHILE, BUT NOW THEY ARE TOGETHER AGAIN!

Among the Ukrainian refugees we hosted at Charis were also 6 teenagers and young people, members of the same family from somewhere in the Donbas area. After a few days spent with us, they left and settled in another European country. They told us that their mother, father, and their younger brother stayed in Ukraine to take care of their grandfather who was old and could not move. Their parents only managed to reach the Chernivtsi area. Some time ago their grandfather passed away. It was then that the parents decided to leave Ukraine and reunite with the rest of their family.

The other day we were pleasantly surprised to have them stay at Charis overnight. We thanked God with them because they were alive. Through tears they confessed to us: “We can’t wait to hold our children in our arms again!”

WE WILL BE TOGETHER AGAIN AND START A NEW LIFE! Recently, one of their daughters sent us an emotional message: “Hi, our parents arrived this night in 2 o’clock. We are so happy and enjoy this time. Thank God for you! You are the biggest blessing for our family! God bless you so much! Love you!!!!”
